The two spacious & peaceful bedrooms has one UK King-size bed and one UK double-size bed, with en-suite bathrooms, and one of the rooms offers access to an outdoor terrace. The space This is a private two bedroom apartment in a semi-detached terrace house with lockbox access located on the premises for easy check in and check out. Clear instructions will be sent closer to check in time. The flat is located on the upper ground floor. Comfortable fresh white bedding & towels will be provided, 2 per person. Along with extra blankets. Flat sheets provided on request. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a shower head/bathtub. We can provide a travel cot and high chair on advance request, for a small fee. This property has access to a private terrace overlooking rear gardens (direct gardens currently growing). Please do let us know if you need the BBQ as it is not stored at the property. There is a portable air cooling unit that works with ice packs (not US style integrated air con). The kitchen has a washer dryer machine, a slimline dishwasher, oven & hobs, kettle and French coffee press. There is a dining table and comforatble sofa as well as a new TV that allows you to connect to your Netflix and other streaming accounts. There is a thermostat to control your preferred temperature and hot water. The home is 50sqm plus a 10sqm balcony terrace. We do allow pets and we use a professional cleaning company post any furry friend visit and that is why there is an additional pet fee so be sure to book them in when you reserve. Guest access This is a private two bedroom apartment in a semi-detached terrace house with lockbox access located on the premises for easy check in and check out. The flat is located on the upper ground floor which means there are about 8 steps on the outside of the building, taking you to the main entrance. Once you are inside the building there is just one step to your flat. The standard room rates are for 2 people occupancy and any additional guest will be charged GBP30 per night. Maximum occupancy is for 4 guests. Other things to note We are able to provide on-street parking at about GBP35 a day. Note this is public parking on a first come basis but our street always has availability. There is also a charging unit for electrical cars right outside the property but this should be booked separately. There is a portable Air cooling unit, using ice packs from the freezer - this is not US style central air conditioning. Close to Olympia overground train - excellent to reach across london from Gatwick airport, to the Olympic Park, Hackney Wick & East London. Minutes away are Barons Court & Earls court tube stations with Piccadilly line, that gets you to London's most famous attractions, theatres and sights. Within walking distance, 10-15 minutes, is the iconic River Thames with many scenic restaurants and bars. including the romantic Michelin star: The River Cafe - do book in advance.
