Discover the Loire region with this modern and warm cottage, with a fenced exterior. This independent annex adjoining our house is located in a small green setting and will be perfect for a getaway for couples or groups of friends wanting to enjoy Saumur. Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Saumur, the garden is shared but the spaces are well defined and privacy is guaranteed. The space Cottage with a separate entrance and garden access, you will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, range hood, stove and oven) overlooking the living room with its sofa bed (140 x 190 cm with mattress topper for extra comfort) and a bathroom with shower cabin and toilet. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a skylight and equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed with memory foam mattress. Linens and towels are provided. Outside, a terrace area overlooking a 1000 m2 wooded and landscaped garden will allow you to enjoy the beautiful days. The garden is shared with our house, it is walled, so you can let your pet roam there. If it is friendly with other dogs, it can get to know our dog Tonka. Guest access Free parking is available 50 m from the gîte. Other things to note 5 minutes by car separate us from downtown Saumur. Several bakeries and convenience stores are available a 3-minute drive away.
