Guest access Our friendly staff is always available on-site to provide you with key cards for room access. Additionally, our dedicated concierge and maintenance teams are here to assist you with any requests or concerns you may have throughout your stay. Other things to note Check -in Time: Our standard check-in time is at 4:00 p.m., but we often grant early check-in if your room is ready early after our housekeeping team has cleaned it. However, during busy travel seasons, there may be limitations on early check-in. It is usually granted on a first-come, first-served basis in our lobby. In case early check-in is not available, you can usually still park your vehicle and enjoy our resort facilities while waiting, as per management's discretion. Check-out time: Our check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. so our cleaning team can prepare the room for the next guests. However, we understand that sometimes you may need a bit more time to pack up and leave. If you give our management team a call in the morning (use the phone in your room to call direct or go to front desk), sometimes management will give you a bit later check-out time if the resort is not too busy… Office Hours: At our resort, the front desk is open 24 hours a day, providing guests with convenient access to our staff. IMPORTANT: As per our resort policy, if you are unable to arrive on your scheduled day of arrival and fail to inform the front desk or us (phone number provided in your reservation), your reservation may be subject to cancellation with no refunds as they will consider this as a “no show”. If you are going to arrive on another day, let us know! Deposit: $250 USD. We require a $250 deposit to be held on a physical credit card upon check-in. This is not a charge but simply a hold on the credit card to cover any incidental expenses that may occur during your stay. Rest assured that this amount will be released upon your departure. Minimum Check-In: 21 Years old with valid government Identification. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in our guest rooms. However, we do offer designated smoking areas. Pets: We love pets, but unfortunately, we do not allow them in our rooms, except for service animals with official documentation. Please note that emotional support animals are not allowed. .If you're planning to travel with non service animals, I'd suggest using the "pets allowed" search filter. Please be advised that our resort operates as a holiday ownership property, and therefore, your room number and view will be assigned upon your arrival. In the event that our resort comprises, as a random example, 25 one bedroom units, one of these units will be randomly allocated to you from our portfolio, utilizing the computer system of the Host Resort. Kindly note that the location and view of each unit may vary. Additionally, please be aware that the images featured in this listing may differ slightly, including variations in furniture, paint, and other elements, as our resort regularly upgrades its units. While our management team endeavors to accommodate early check-in requests when rooms are cleaned and available earlier than the standard check-in time, it is important to note that early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, in the event that guests have a late flight and require access to the resort facilities on the following day, our management generally allows this arrangement. However, it is essential to understand that this provision is not guaranteed and is subject to change at the discretion of our management.
