It can accommodate up to 6 people. A covered parking space for a passenger vehicle. Supermercado (with food court) - 170 meters. Drugstore - 360 meters Laundry - 40 meters. New Year's Eve/Carnival, Minimum 5 nights. Other things to note Bed linen, bath towels and face towels are not included in the price of the stay. They may be made available at an additional cost of R$ 100 Reais per reservation. If during your stay you want them to be changed, the fee will be charged again for each change. As a rule of the condominium, the swimming pool and barbecue area of the building are for the exclusive use of the property owners. Their use is forbidden to guests. For safety reasons, we do not allow the use of conventional or electric barbecues inside the apartment. No smoking in the apartment.
