House on the outskirts of Dijon

Welcome to this 4000 m2 property located at the gates of Dijon where you will find peace and quiet while being close to all amenities. It offers a haven of tranquility for reunions with family or friends, accommodating 6 people (2 additional people possible for €15 per day and per person). Nature, hiking, swimming, culture, gastronomy: everything is possible here in the heart of Burgundy. The space This 160 m2 house, located on a fully enclosed plot and featuring an automated sliding gate, is composed of a fully-equipped kitchen with character, open to the living and dining room. You have a bathroom with bathtub and a shower room as well as a separate toilet. The house has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and 2 upstairs. A sofa bed upstairs is available to accommodate an additional 2 people for an extra charge. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels (2 towels per person) will be provided. the house also has a veranda with unimpeded garden view. The garden will welcome you for your meals sheltered by a wooded area. A barbecue with all the useful utensils and wood is provided. Guest access The house is located at 8 Rue du Château but for your safety, the main entrance is on Chemin des Essarts. The entire house, garden, yard and 2 covered garages are at your disposal.
