Each room has been thoughtfully curated for your ultimate comfort, featuring a queen-sized bed with your choice of down or alternative bedding, fine linens, full-size appliances, and scenic views from every window. Unwind in the sunroom on the Charleston twin bed for a lazy afternoon nap or a relaxing read. The space Located just minutes from the historic village of Middleburg, Virginia, our property offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. Explore quaint coffee shops, exclusive clothing boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and enjoy the luxurious amenities of the world-class Salamander Resort. Vineyards, breweries, walking trails, biking paths, and historic tours are all within easy reach. Plus, with our prime location on the main highway to Washington, DC, and Dulles Airport (both less than an hour away), your travel plans are a breeze. The stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, Upperville Colt and Horse Show grounds, and Mosby Historic Civil War sites are just a short drive away. Enjoy the convenience of individual and secure parking, a private entrance, and charging services for your electric vehicle. Our property offers a fenced in back yard ideal for garden seating or leashless dog play. This space may be shared with other guests at the Carriage House. However, our 10 acres of private, bucolic views provide the perfect backdrop for an intimate bonfire setting or gathering. Please reserve in advance so it will be all prepared for you. Through pastoral fields, you can trail to Micky Gordon park, Greenhill Vineyards or enjoy a 3 mile rural country walk on Parsons Road. Please note: The Carriage house offers a total of two apartments that can be reserved together to serve up to 5 guests. Please see "The Loft at the Carriage House" and reach out to me for dual bookings. Guest access Upon arrival, enter through the blue door on the right of the Carriage House. A flight of stairs will lead you directly to your private apartment. For your convenience and safety, we provide smart lock technology. Relax in the fenced-in yard behind the Carriage House, complete with garden seating. If you’d like to stargaze and enjoy the tranquil night sky, we offer a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, which can be reserved in advance for your enjoyment. Other things to note We will accept dogs on a case-by-case basis. We do ask that dogs are kept on a leash while on property and are kept off of all furniture and beds.
