We are minutes away from Apple Hill, an hour away from Sacramento or Tahoe and 35 miles from Sierra At Tahoe Ski Resort! After a long day of skiing, nothing beats getting warm in front of the wood stove. The space Hideaway in Nature's Wonderland has a wonderful rustic aesthetic and a wonderful backyard with a large deck and grass field! Guest access Guests have access to all of the house except: the garage and the locked door off of the master bedroom (future bathroom, under renovation). Other things to note *To comply with county regulations, we must log the names, addresses and phone number of the primary guest. This information must be provided prior to arriving at the home.* Permit Number: 078530 TOT: 078730 *Dog Information* Dogs are welcome for an extra fee! Please use the “contact host” feature if you want to bring your pet with you. *WINTER WEATHER NOTICE* Pollock Pines is located at or near the snow line most winter. Highly recommend AWD or 4x4 during snowy weathers, at minimum come prepared with chains. *Parking* There is absolutely no parking on the street, especially during snow conditions. Guests are responsible for towing and/or citations. The driveway does not have a turnaround; if you drive past the gate you will need to back out. *Security Cameras* There is a video camera attached on the garage facing the driveway and a camera facing the front gate. Both cameras are active. *Trash Pickup* Thursday morning is garbage day for this property. Someone will likely come by Wednesday and Thursday to place the garbage cans to the curb and to return them.
