The space 🏡 The Place This 160 m² architect-designed home in Blainville-sur-Mer offers a serene and refined escape for 2 to 6 guests. With its minimalist lines, curated artwork, and premium amenities, it embodies understated luxury in the heart of Normandy. 🛋 The Living Room The spacious living area is bathed in natural light thanks to large windows opening onto the landscaped garden. With a reading corner, art books, board games, modern furnishings, and a wood-burning stove, it’s perfect for cozy, shared moments. 📺 TV Lounge & Office A separate TV lounge offers a quieter space to unwind. A dedicated desk area allows for focused work with reliable Wi-Fi. 🍽 The Kitchen The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows into the living area, ideal for cooking while staying connected with guests. 🛏 Bedrooms Three elegant bedrooms welcome couples, families, or friends. The master suite is perfect for a couple, while the other two rooms provide calm and comfort. Linen bedding, ample storage, and refined decor complete the peaceful atmosphere. Two modern bathrooms ensure a high standard of comfort. 🧖‍♀️ Wellness Spaces In the landscaped garden, a private sauna and Nordic bath await. These are available on request (120 € per session, including firewood and setup) for a moment of starlit relaxation. 🌿 The Garden The enclosed garden is richly planted and thoughtfully designed, with spaces to read, dine, or simply enjoy the outdoors. 🚗 Access & Parking The house has private parking for two vehicles. An external socket is available to charge an electric car. 🌊 Nearby Close to the beaches of Blainville, Gouville, and Agon-Coutainville, the home is ideally located to explore the Cotentin: Mont-Saint-Michel, the D-Day beaches, Chausey and Jersey islands, and Gouville’s iconic beach cabins.
