Functionally furnished apartment with 3 bedrooms and balcony. The space The beautiful apartment is located right in the center of Sörenberg. There are 2 apartments in the house. The nearest gondola lift and 2 ski lifts are a 5-minute walk away. Various restaurants, sports shops and shops with fresh bread daily are located directly above the street. The ski school, bank, post office, après ski, ice rink and indoor pool are also a few minutes' walk away. 2 parking spaces are available for the apartment. The tourist tax is included in the price. Fee stamps must be purchased for the garbage. No iron available. Other things to note Sörenberg is a small mountain village at 1200 meters above sea level. Please be respectful of the furniture and dishes. Barbecuing and lighting open fires on the balcony are prohibited for safety reasons. Smoking on the balcony, however, is allowed. Please use the ashtray provided. Under certain circumstances, barbecuing is possible in the front yard (at least 5 m away from the building). Please contact us in advance so we can coordinate this together.
