The space The house is furnished for up to 6 adults (children to be agreed upon). This vacation home features a private pool, barbecue and free private parking for up to 2 cars. The property has 3 bedrooms, all of which are en-suites with air-conditioning, the vacation home has bed linens and towels; the double room has a spacious queen-size bed, with new and comfortable mattresses, a wonderful view of the environmental protection area; ultra-fast fiber optic Wi-Fi; private barbecue; plus amenities to make your stay comfortable. One of the rooms has a beautiful view of the sea. All bedroom windows have a protective grid for children and pets. As the house is very centralized, it is quite ventilated. In addition, in the living room we have a front balcony with a hammock; TV with Internet; access to Netflix, Amazon and YouTube; dining table for 6 people; games; extra fan and safety grid. The apartment has a beautiful rustic wooden fence, which prevents the pet from leaving the house unattended. The pet has to be small. Due to condominium rules, the apartment can only accommodate 6 (six) adults. No Visitors. Adults are considered to be 11 years of age or older. The apartment has bedrooms (beds) for 8 (eight) people, however, extra beds are considered for children. Prior to check-in, the guest must provide the names and ID numbers of all adults who will be with him/her during the stay. In addition, condominium employees are instructed to perform access control. In case of violation of this rule, a fine will be charged. WE ASK THAT THE GARBAGE BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE UPON DEPARTURE.
