B&B Carmen Garden, Stanza Rosa

The Carmen Garden B&B is located on the island of Burano, in the most pristine part of the Venetian lagoon. The property was entirely restored in 2024, preserving the characteristics of the original structure. Among the thousand colors of the island, it is one of the few with an exposed brick facade. There is a breakfast room, TV room and a beautiful courtyard with a garden. Breakfast is included. The space The property is in a very central area, located on one of the evocative canals of the island and a few minutes walk from the vaporetto stop. All rooms are air-conditioned with super fast wifi internet coverage. On the ground floor there is an entrance, a TV room, the breakfast room, a bathroom (with access from the inner courtyard) and a beautiful internal courtyard with garden. The Tulipano is a single room with the possibility of adding an extra bed for the second guest, while in the Camelia there is an armchair bed for a possible third guest. Then there is the Rosa suite, which has a fantastic view of the inner courtyard and garden and has a sofa bed to accommodate a possible third person. Guest access Access to the rooms is available from 3 p.m. thanks to a convenient and quick self check-in system. Our guests will have access to their room and all common areas. During your stay During your stay, support for any need is always guaranteed. Other things to note SMOKING IS PROHIBITED throughout the property, including the inner courtyard. Smoke detectors with alarms are operational.
