Welcome to your home away from home! I'm renting out a stunning 2 bedroom apartment with individual bathrooms, a living room with a cozy sofa, TV, Wifi and a fully equipped kitchen to wind down, relax and enjoy your Gouna vacation. The spacious balcony overlooks a gorgeous lagoon and pool and a lush scenery. The space El Gouna is a safe beach town with all facilities including restaurants, bars, a hospital and university. Gouna's biggest perk is the ocean wind, making it a hub for kitesurfing. Downtown is a 3-minute drive away. You enter this apartment on the second floor to a spacious community space with a cozy seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. The view from the main door overlooks the majestic Gouna mountains and invites you to enjoy sunsets on the open terrace. Sip a drink at the end of a summer day while gazing at the golden lights glowing on the horizon. The balcony on the other side of the apartment overlooks the pool, lagoon and lush gardens connected to a golf course. Morning sunlight warms up the balcony while a pergola provides shade during the day. The air is cooled constantly by a gentle breeze while outside ceiling fans provide additional airflow on hotter days. The inside area stays pleasantly cool with the natural air flow through open doors and windows. The ACs in each room can cool down the apartment more, but we use them only when necessary in order to protect the environment. Both bedrooms are equipped with individual bathrooms and are accessible through separate balcony doors on opposite sides of the apartment. This provides you with your own private space for each room and gives you freedom to retreat and rest whenever you feel like it. The fast Wifi connection allows for an ideal work environment while the TV provides entertainment with cable and streaming services like Netflix.
