Jia Le Homestay is a 3-story townhouse in Kota Kinabalu. It has six bedrooms and five bathrooms and can accommodate 18 people. You can request an additional double mattress (RM50 per night). Free disposable bath towels, towels, toothbrushes and a variety of disposable items are available upon request. Fully equipped wet kitchen and laundry are located outdoors. BBQ grill, automatic mahjong machine and other entertainment equipment are provided. Supermarkets and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk of the house. Free pick up and drop off service can be arranged for more than three consecutive nights (limited to 18 people, 8:00-20:00). We also provide various travel and charter services around Sabah Kota Kinabalu and Semporna. Please inquire for details. Other things to note No smoking indoors, no durians and mangosteens in the house, violations will be fined RM300. As it is located in a residential area, please do not make loud noises or make loud noises after 10pm to avoid disturbing the neighbors and causing unnecessary trouble.
