This bright home features 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 2 full bathrooms, radiant heated floors, fast fiber internet, washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax on the spacious deck with outdoor seating and BBQ, soak in the hot tub after hiking Moran State Park, or explore nearby shops, dining, beaches, and kayaking. Sleeping setup includes two queen rooms, one room with two twins, plus a cozy loft queen mattress. Perfect for families, couples, remote workers, or small groups seeking comfort and convenience. Covered parking for two vehicles included. We provide ferry travel tips, optional kayak/paddleboard rentals, and concierge add-ons such as grocery stocking or celebration setup. To reach Orcas Island, take the Washington State Ferry from Anacortes. Summer sailings book quickly, so advance reservations are strongly recommended. Guest will have access to a on site EV charging station. Other things to note While fiber internet is provided for your connectivity needs, please note that there is no TV in the house. This allows you to fully disconnect and enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of Eastsound. Please be aware that there may be occasional traffic noise from a nearby road. While the area is generally peaceful, some noise may be noticeable at times. Please note that the bedrooms are on a lower level and accessing them requires walking down stairs. Please use the ladder mindfully while accessing the loft. ** We’re tucked away on a beautiful island, and while the home does have WiFi, internet service can occasionally be spotty or inconsistent due to our remote location and the cellular-based infrastructure on the island. Most guests have no trouble checking email, browsing the web, streaming, or working remotely, but occasional slowdowns or interruptions can occur. If you’ll be relying on internet for important meetings or time-sensitive work, we recommend having a backup plan just in case. Otherwise, sit back, enjoy the views, and settle into island time! **Availability note: Weekends tend to book quickly, but we offer lower rates on weekdays — perfect if your schedule is flexible and you’re looking for a great value. If your desired minimum nightly stay falls outside the current settings, feel free to reach out to the host directly—exceptions can sometimes be made **We offer a limited number of kayaks and paddle-boards available to rent during your stay.
