Green studio Valmiera

The Green studio is 26 m2, on the 5th floor (no elevator) with a wide view to the Valmiera tree tops. A green island in the center of Valmiera! The apartment is 800 meters from the train station, 900 meters from the bus station and “Pauku pines”. There is a free parking in the yard. The Green studiot is in a minimalist style, but with everything you need for a longer stay. It's possible to accommodate an additional guest, as the Danish design - Innovation Living sofa is extendable. The space The Green studio is located on the fifth floor (no elevator) of a multi-apartment building with large windows facing to the south, so the space is bright. There is free parking in the yard. The Green studio will be suitable for two people, but it is possible for an additional guest to sleep on the pull-out sofa. We invite guests for at least two nights. The apartment has free coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepers. For your convenience, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, coffee bean machine, air purifier, refrigerator with small freezer. You will also be able to prepare your own food, as the kitchen has dishes, glasses, cutlery, a wine opener, a pan and a pot, and other useful accessories. In the bathroom you will find shampoo, shower gel and soaps. Guest access There is a key box at the door of the apartment, the code will be sent the day before arrival.
