Guest house is a self contained unit/granny flat situated on a lifestyle 1/2 acre block + seperate access. 10-15 minutes drive to all the essential amenities . A compact space purpose built for leisure and / or business. Has enough parking space for 4x4 vehicle and Caravan . Regrettably-Pets are not allowed. The space 3 compact bedrooms complimented by 3 queen-size beds with ceiling fans, open plan living area with kitchen , dining and lounging area . Ut also has a split A/C system. Guest access Guest house has its own gated access situated to the right side when facing front of the main property with a letter box to the right side of the gate with house number on it. Other things to note We kindly ask guests when deciding - to consider the compact sizing / floor space for the granny flat/ guest house . We however have tried our best to make it warm and cozy 😊.
