Balcony apartment

The apartment is located in the city center of Clairvaux-les-lacs close to all shops (1 min walk), the lake (6min walk) and hiking trails. We are happy to allow you to discover this beautiful region of the lakes! The windows were changed in January 2026 for more comfort. The space Our accommodation offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay: - Kitchen open to the living room: a friendly space, fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking at home. (Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, etc.) - Two balconies: enjoy two outdoor spaces, one overlooking the street (if you look carefully you can see a small part of the lake), and the other, on the bedroom side, for a gentle awakening or a relaxing evening. - Bedroom: with its en-suite bathroom, the bedroom is perfect for a couple or small family (there is space to put a baby bed if needed). - Sofa bed: In the living room a sofa bed allows you to sleep comfortably for a few nights Sheets and towels are provided. - A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. - Separate toilet: for more convenience. Guest access - Free street parking nearby. - 2nd floor with access via rather narrow stairs.
