Apartment suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and two small children. We also welcome couples or business people. Sit back and relax – in our top floor apartment. In addition to the spacious living room with kitchen and the cozy bedroom, there is a small but nice bathroom. We have tried to equip the apartment with many amenities to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. Highlight: the roof terrace! The space Rural idyll on the edge of the Black Forest. We offer our beautiful, newly renovated and very well equipped attic apartment. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a large wardrobe, two bedside tables, TV and air conditioning. There are several sockets directly on the bed, also with a USB connection. There would be room for a baby cot, which we can provide if needed. Bed linen and other items are sufficiently available. In the hallway is a built-in closet, which offers additional storage space as well as a large mirror. A small but fine bathroom with a floor-level shower and a washing machine with an integrated dryer. Soap, towels and hair dryer are provided. The spacious eat-in kitchen area has ceilings up to 4 meters high and exposed beams, which gives the whole a beautiful country house charm. The kitchen there is equipped with everything you need. Oven, induction stovetop, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, milk frother and much more. The table offers enough space for a cozy dinner, but can also be used as a workplace. In the living area there is a sofa bed on which one person can comfortably sleep, or two small children can sleep. A coffee table, TV and air conditioning complete the living room. The highlight is the 30 sqm roof terrace with an amazing view of the landscape. A large table with chairs and a double lounger invite you to linger and relax. Here you can spend wonderful hours. The apartment is ideal for solo travelers, couples or a small family. However, we also welcome business travelers. Surroundings Schöllbronn is a cozy village that belongs to the city of Ettlingen. Despite its rural location, it has a very good infrastructure. There are two bus lines that take you to the small town of Ettlingen in 10 minutes and run several times an hour. The village itself has a gas station with car wash, a hairdressing salon, a farm shop, an ice cream parlor and two restaurants. From a medical point of view, you are also provided with basic care. There is a pharmacy, a physiotherapy practice, a dentist and a general practitioner. The village is also very attractive for children so there is a great forest swimming pool and four playgrounds. The nearest large supermarket is in the neighboring village, less than 3 km away and can be reached both on foot and by the above-mentioned bus lines. The nearest town, Ettlingen, is 10 minutes away as mentioned and has a very nice old town center. Here you will find everything a small town has to offer. The nearest major cities such as Karlsruhe, Pforzheim and Rastatt can be reached in 20 to 30 minutes. The Karlsruhe exhibition grounds and the DM Arena are also there. Beautiful Baden Baden and its airport are also just half an hour away. Heidelberg and Stuttgart are about an hour away. If you would like to go on a day trip, you are also in good hands with us. So you can choose whether you want to visit the nearby Alsace, go on a wine hike through the Palatinate or go hiking in the Black Forest for a day. Guest access The shared staircase leads to your accommodation. It's located on the fourth floor. In front of your apartment in the hallway there is a spacious shoe cabinet and a wardrobe, which is exclusively available to you. The apartment has its own entrance. Other things to note Street parking is available in front of our house. The house is situated in a quiet, safe residential area.
