3-room apartment with balcony

The space The flat has a new eat-in kitchen with balcony and view of the fields with cows, a large bathroom with walk-in rain shower and two bedrooms, each with a bed for 4 people (2.00m and 1.40m). There is a sofa bed (1.80m) in the kitchen/living room. All rooms are on the 1st floor and are accessible via an external staircase. However, the staircase to the lower flat, where the host lives, is not separated. No shared rooms!
