The privately situated primary suite includes a generous walk-in closet and a double vanity bathroom with a walk-in shower and a great hot tub. There are also four sizable secondary bedrooms, with a guest bedroom and full bath conveniently located on the main floor. Additional highlights of this home include quartz countertops throughout, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, 42-inch cabinets with upgraded hardware, and excellent remote-controlled ceiling fans. Important note: The swimming pool slides are operational only on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 PM to 5 PM, as a "slide attendant" is required, and they are only available during those times. In the kitchen, you’ll find a small bag with a key for the pool and gym if you’d like to use those amenities. I hope you have a wonderful stay! Just a quick reminder: please take off your shoes before going upstairs or into the downstairs room with the rug. There’s a convenient shoe rack at the bottom of the stairs. Also, no smoking is allowed (inside or in porches). If you have little ones, we kindly ask that they eat at the dining table. By the way, the gym is super close—just a 3-minute drive to the Rice Hope Club House at: 100 Lakeside Blvd Port Wentworth, GA 31407 If we happen to get any concerns from neighbors about noise or any other issue, we may kindly ask you to leave the house. Within 3 minutes you will have supermarkets, restaurants, and within 15 minutes you will find a shopping center, movie theaters, bowling alleys, etc.
