The Cottage

The Cottage is excellently located in John Day. 5 minute walk to downtown and easy quick drive anywhere in town. Also 1/4 block from the fair grounds and river walk. A small home yet very sufficient for a couple and OK for 4 or with 2 kids or pets. Queen bed and queen hide-a-bed. Totally outfitted with everything a home needs, including wifi and fireTV. Bring your groceries and suitcase and you are home. Coffee is already there. We, Jim n Sandy, the owners, are usually 5 minutes away. Guest access All access and contact information will be sent to you a day or two before you are due to arrive. Other things to note There is a two night minimum. This home is good for just a couple or up to a group of 6. The price does vary according to how many are staying. The $125.00 + 12.5% tx is the base rate up to 3 persons. It increases $35 per night per person after 3, including children. i.e.: base rate with 3 persons including tax - 2 nights is $303.75 etc. There is a$50 cleaning fee Dogs are limited to one and is $10 per night. Any serious home clean up, over 2 hours, or unwarranted damage will be charged on the held card number at $50 per hour. $300 charge for smoking indoors.
