Just a short hop from Perdido Bay this tiny home is made perfect for a couple, family of 3, or solo travelers with our dog friendly backyard to enjoy! A circular driveway with secure gate invites you to bring your boat as we are right down the road from the Lillian boat ramp! With all the conveniences of home, come experience the Perdido Beaches at the "Boho Bungalow Near the Bay!" The space Welcome to our tiny home! Completely renovated boho bungalow with airstream vibes built into it! This studio feel has an open floor plan that is inviting for a solo traveler, a couple or small family with a fantastic back yard! Walk into the tropical foyer that features a reading nook with a pullout chaise into a twin bed for an extra companion! Full bathroom is off to the left with complimentary toiletries, hairdryer and a specialty vanity mirror to get ready by. We built on a laundry closet with a stackable unit and complimentary laundry supplies. There is an ironing board and other supplies as needed and a rack to hang your clothes. Step up into the queen bed studio space with an additional fan for personal use. This sleeping space is open and not a private bedroom. The other side of the studio is the workstation with desk and complimentary wifi. The living area has a retro yellow couch (can fold out into a bed if needed) with endtables that have built in USB hubs. The media center has games and a smart tv that you can check in and check out with your streaming passwords. Step down into the fully stocked kitchen! Retro red fridge with our Greers Shopping Market right down the road to grab food/supplies. Table for 4 and place settings for more. There is plenty of storage space, a stove/oven and retro microwave. Other appliances include a blender, toaster, waffle maker, crockpot, and airfryer. Wake up to a full coffee bar with a keurig, drip coffee pot and french press. Kpods, coffee, tea, sugar and cream are all complimentary! Step outside the kitchen door to our inviting back patio! Fully fenced yard for play and dogs (up to 2) Special requests can be made for additional pets as we are pet friendly with bowls and treats for your furry companions! Just please pick up after your pet, we have a scooper so you don't forget! Back patio has an additional table for 4 with umbrella from the Florida sun! A fun checkers table while you wait to grill up dinner! Propane grill is complimentary, tools are in the tote...just please scrape after use for the next guests and recover. Patio seating under the lights after a day of play is very relaxing. As the evening cools off we have a chiminea for use, logs included (more logs can be found down at the Greers Shopping Market) just please clean after use with the pail provided! Heading to the beaches of Perdido? Johnson's Beach is our favorite over the bridge and the closest! We have a patio tote with 2 beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and beach toys. When you come back there are also yard games in the tote and a cornhole game! Our fully fenced yard has a new extended driveway that is gated! You can bring a trailer or secure your boat for an extra $5 per day! We have the quickest access (less than a mile) for boat lovers or kayakers right over the bridge to the Lillian Boat Ramp with access to Perdido Bay! Hose and electrical outlet on the side of the house to use afterwards if need be. We are off a busy road, Hwy 98 (Lillian Hwy) but tucked back enough that the sound is only noticeable during the times people are going to and from work. We have a wakeboard on our tree to mark the spot as it does come up quick when you are trying to find the bungalow off your GPS! Plenty of parking with the circular driveway which makes it easy to get in and out! Bringing your fur baby needs to be added during your reservation. $15 per dog per night and $25 for 2 dogs per night. The listing will automatically charge $30 per nite so we will reimburse you the extra after your stay. Please bring your own crate for when you step out to explore if you go without your dog! Enjoy our Boho Bungalow Near the Bay! Guest access All of the space is yours! We did a complete overhaul this past year to get it ready for travelers to enjoy! It’s funky, fun, and the backyard is terrific! New gates put up for guest access for parking, privacy, and security. Being able to travel with pets is huge these days or pulling a trailer/boat…we have the access for that for a small extra fee! Other things to note •This is a tiny home converted from the original 1960s airstream and built around it! It’s more of a studio all-open space. If you’re over 6 foot (like my hubby) you’ll have to be mindful of the ceiling height in the living area of the converted airstream, but the add-on areas are no problem! •We welcome long stays for remote work. We are close to NAS Pensacola (back gate is the quickest and the one open to the public) and downtown is only 25min. Ask about our discounts for longer stays and veterans! •We love our hometown blue angels…a must if you’re here to watch them fly thru Oct and ending with an onbase airshow every mid November! We try to post the schedule for our guests. •We love hosting guests with their furry companions so please respect the home. NO pets on furniture or beds! Dogs must be crated when left alone and please cleanup after your pet. Pet fees assessed per stay with discounts for longer visits!
