Grocery stores are nearby, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. The space This two-level condo offers space, comfort, and great layout for families or small groups. The main floor features an open living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a half bath. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with a view of a lush greenbelt. The living room includes a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is large and stocked with everything you need: stove, oven, microwave, full-size fridge, and all the essentials for dining in. Both bathrooms have been recently updated, and the unit is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. The complex is gated, with street parking just outside the entrance. Enjoy peace and privacy, while still being close to the beach and town! Guest access Guests have full access to the unit, including the kitchen, living areas, and private bedrooms. You'll also enjoy access to the shared pool and common areas of the complex. Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm. The only off-limits space is a locked storage area. Otherwise, the place is all yours to enjoy! You'll enjoy easy self check-in with secure access codes—no need to coordinate arrival times. We'll provide you with a gate code and a private door code before your stay, so you can arrive at your convenience and start relaxing right away. Simple, seamless, and totally stress-free! Other things to note The Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica does experience drought conditions and water shortages, especially near the end of the dry season from March into May. This unit has two water systems running into it and is not typically affected by the low pressure or rolling shut-offs that can occur in Tamarindo. There are no refunds for water shortages that are beyond our control.
