Description
A very special house for the more adventurous travelers. A secluded property with an animal and bird filled jungle behind and ocean and Coastal views in front. Sunsets right from the porch April through August. Rarely a day goes by that we don't see monkeys in our trees. We are a bird watchers paradise too. Scarlett macaws, toucans, hummingbirds and 100's of migrating birds are right here as well as butterflies and frogs. Built 200 feet above the beach with a beautiful trail down to the beach. The space Seaclusion House, surrounded by jungle and sea. Wake up to bird calls and howler monkey roars. Fall asleep to frog song and the sound of the waves hitting the rocks below. We look forward to sharing our piece of heaven on earth with you. The house is large with cathedral ceilings and 23 windows that bring the feeling of the ocean and jungle right in the house. There is also a covered porch and a deck hanging over the hill down to the beach. Guest access There is a road up to Seaclusion House but it requires a four wheel drive vehicle to get up to the house especially during rainy season. Parking up here is very safe. If you fly in we will have a taxi waiting for you. If you take the boat taxi we will pick you up at the beach and drive you to the store before driving you up to the house. We provide transportation to all tours we book for you Other things to note Seaclusion House is a work in progress and is still quite rustic right now though stunning in many ways. It is a full house with a totally open floor plan and over 20 windows. No AC but a wonderful ocean breeze and is quite cool at night. There is a full kitchen and a hot shower. The house is clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but the view. Kids 10 and under free. The power does go off sometimes in the jungle as does the internet. We do not give refunds for the loss of these things. It is just part of the way we live in the rainforest. We have plenty of candles and a lantern and flashlights in the house.
