Close to E4 and the Tornby shopping area and good public transport. Bus lines depart within 50 meters from the property with 15-20 minutes to Mjärdevi, the University, and Linköping Center. In the immediate area there is a grocery store, petrol station, restaurants, swimming pool and gym. Guest access Private attic house with all the amenities. During nice summer days, there is a large sun deck with sun chairs, sofa and pool. Other things to note The property has a residential building where our family lives, as well as 2 rental houses (this attic house and a guest house). The pool can therefore occasionally be shared with another guest.
