Relax with the whole family at this 4.5 acre property with peaceful Lakehouse. Conveniently located just 13 minutes drive from Kilcoy. Relax and enjoy the peace or head just 4 minutes drive to the Kirkleigh boat ramp on the beautiful Somerset Dam for a fun day of waterskiing and wakeboarding activities. Four bedroom home with a separate activity filled sleep-out with 2 sets of bunk beds. Roast marshmallows at the fire pit or soak in the hot tub. The space The main house is four bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It has ducted air-conditioning and heating. Fully equipped kitchen and beautiful outdoor living . The sleep out has bunkbeds for four and a bathroom, arcade games, pool table and poker table. Outdoors is a massive hot tub and fire pit area. Guest access The whole property is yours except for the boat shed. But there is plenty of space to park cars, boats and jet skis off road. Other things to note This is a quiet rural property with neighbours all around so not suitable for parties, functions or late night noise. You will be asked to leave if there are any problems with noise. We are on tank water and septic so please be careful with water use. We leave some food and provisions here but please replace what you use. Full linen including beach towels are supplied and beds are made between each booking. The house and sleep out needs to be left as you found it. Kirkleigh Boat Ramp is 4 minutes drive and The Spit is only 12 minutes drive.
