Two separate floors with independent entrance to each floor. Ideal for two families vacationing together or big groups. First floor facilities: 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms of which 1 attached bathroom living room, full kitchen with dining area, refrigerator with utensils, washing machine in kitchen, drying line, drivers room with bathroom Second floor: Living and dining area with kitchenette 2 bedrooms with 2 attached bathroom study table in bedroom outdoor sitting porch on independent entrance Guest access You can use the inside of the home in the first two floors and outdoor backyard garden area. PLEASE DO NOT CLIMB THE STAIRS TO THE THIRD FLOOR WHERE THE WATER STORAGE TANK. THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY Other things to note The home is in an upscale residential neighborhood. We are delighted to have you here and hope you enjoy your stay. Kindly follow the house rules: 1. Follow the provided instructions for using the water heater, air conditioners, and washing machines. Please treat these appliances with care and respect, just as you would in your own home. 2. Please respect the neighbors and no loud noises after 9 pm. 3. Please turn off all water taps and electricals - lights, fans and air conditioners when you leave the home. 4. Entrance is using a key fob. Before you leave: - Please use trash cans and dispose all garbage safely. - tie up and deposit the trash bag in the back yard outside the home.
