Description

Kick back and relax in our modern, stylish home. Set in a peaceful village location with stunning views of the countryside from the property. Our house is great for walkers, cyclists and for those visiting the beautiful surrounding villages and places of interest. There are also various public houses, all within walking distance or a short drive away. We are very close to Kelmarsh Hall, Brampton Valley Way, Pitsford Reservoir and the lovely town of Market Harborough. Good links to A14, M1, M6. The space We have fully renovated our house over the last few years including new bathroom and recently fitted modern kitchen. In the living room, we have a lovely log burner to keep you cozy on those chilly evenings. A 50" flat screen Smart TV and comfy couch and bean bag to relax on in front of the fire. The bifold doors open out into the large garden and onto the patio area which has comfy garden furniture to sit, relax and take in the gorgeous views beyond (patio furniture is put away during the winter months). The kitchen is spacious and has all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. The dining area also includes a wall mounted 32" Smart TV to catch up on the morning news whilst enjoying an expresso coffee or ask Alexa to play your favourite radio station. There is also a bifold door which opens out onto the decking area, with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast outside on a sunny morning. If you want a day of relaxing, try out the sunloungers or sit in the egg chair at the bottom of the garden - very peaceful (sunloungers are put away during the winter months). Guest access As this is our private dwelling and we live here most of the time, you will notice some our personal belongings around the house. We use one of the small rooms upstairs to store our private items (this room is kept locked). However, we have made sure you have adaquate hanging space, shelves, drawers etc for your own personal use. We have also left some space in a kitchen drawer and a shelf free in the fridge and freezer for you to store your own food, drinks etc should you wish to bring any with you. Please feel free to use our tea, coffee, sugar and condiments with our compliments. To find our property, when driving into the village from the A508, once you go over the little bridge there are 8 houses on the right hand side up on a bank. Ours is the last house at the top of the row of houses. If you go past the Bulls Head Pub on the left, you have gone too far so just turn around and drive back down the hill past the village hall. There is plenty of parking space on the street outside of our house. To access our property, just walk up the sloped pathway which will take you to our house. Other things to note Please be mindful and respectful of our lovely neighbours and keep any noise to a minimum. For the summer months, cushions for all outside furniture are kept in the black storage box at the end of the garden shed. The longer cushion for the garden patio set is neatly tucked away down the back of the couch in the living room. It would be appreciated if cushions are put away if rain is expected. All garden furniture, except garden table and chairs are put away during the winter months.
