House 150 m² + garden > 10 min walk from Place Stan

Our 150 m² house has a nice 100 m² garden and 3 terraces including a roof-top. On the ground floor: a large kitchen-dining room open to the living room (+ toilet). On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (+ toilet), 1 office. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (+ toilet). Located in the quiet neighborhood of Rives de Meurthe, just a 10-minute walk from Place Stanislas, it will be easy to park for free within 50 m of the house. Shops nearby. The space A 1920s house completely renovated in 2010 and then in 2015 located in an old working-class district of Nancy. It's a very nice and functional house. This is our home, so don't expect a sanitized model apartment because we live there year-round! The house is nevertheless tidy and you will find everything you need in terms of household and multimedia equipment, games, bicycles... in short, it's our home! > A spacious ground floor with 80 m² all open, giving access to a first terrace and a green garden. > On the 1st floor, a first large bedroom, a wardrobe, a loft bed, overlooking a small terrace: (usually occupied by our 15-year-old teenager. The second bedroom, smaller, with a loft bed too (usually occupied by our 10-year-old). The bathroom has a spacious shower, bathtub and toilet. The office is equipped with a large workspace. >On the 2nd floor, a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. A second small bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower. On the landing, access to a sunny rooftop terrace! Guest access The entire property will be accessible. Other things to note If you want to discover Nancy's Art Nouveau heritage, we have a close friend who organizes guided tours of the city (he is a lecturer guide in art history and has no equal in making you dream!). If you wish, we can put you in touch with him according to his availability. The Rives de Meurthe district is a 10-minute walk from Place Stanislas. It's a neighborhood that has been undergoing restructuring for 10 years. 3 minutes from the house: 1 skate park, outdoor games, the Meurthe and its ephemeral beach in summer (accessible free of charge) animated by free concerts, bowling tournaments and other activities. The banks of Meurthe are the opportunity for great walks in the greenery, close to the city center. The shops in the center are also within walking distance in 10 minutes. The house is also next to the canal and the marina. Bike paths start just behind the house and we have 4 bikes available. We know the area well and are happy to give you the best tips.
