Located in the centre of one of Warwickshire’s most beautiful villages. A couple of minutes from the pub, shop and post office. Ideal for Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Warwick, Rugby, Coventry and Birmingham, and the many attractions in the West Midlands. The space The bedroom is located in a separate wing of the house from mine giving you full privacy during your stay. Guest access The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are shared. Exclusive use of a downstairs sitting room with TV, in addition to the TV in the bedroom, table and access to the garden. The bedroom is my spare room so has some of my stuff in it, but there’s ample drawers and wardrobe space for guests. Other things to note Free high speed Wi-Fi. Towels and bedding included or a 5% reduction if you bring your own. On request a cot, high chair, stairgate, children’s cutlery and plates, and age appropriate toys can be provided. For longer term lettings, free weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels provided. Access to laundry facilities by arrangement and at extra cost.
