This ultra-modern home is located on the back of a fiveplex constructed in 2018 situated on Burfield Drive, with beautiful views of Mt Morrisey and Sundance Mountain. The chef in your family can also pop on the deck to enjoy the barbeque. With space for 6 at the dining table and another 4 at the kitchen bar, this home is perfect for entertaining. Your group can enjoy socializing in the open concept living room/dining area while also having the den as an additional hangout space. Perfect if you just can't decide which movie to watch! This home features a king bed in the master bedroom (with a master ensuite bathroom), a queen bed in the second bedroom, a tri-bunk and single bed in the third bedroom, and a sofabed in the den. On your way up to Sun Peaks following the main Sun Peaks Road, you'll pass by the Burfield Chairlift on the left, and just before the Fire Hall you'll turn right on to Burfield Drive. About one-third of the way down Burfield Drive is a trail leading over to the Burfield Chairlift, so depending on where your property is located on this street that may be anywhere from a 1-to-10 minute walk away. Burfield Drive connects to Fairways Drive on the way up to the main village, or you can take the main Sun Peaks Road up.If you turn left onto Sun Peaks Road, you'll see the commercial section of the Peaks West complex just across the way which features the Magic Cattle Guard restaurant and Ohana Deli & Market. Guest access The full property is available for guests. This unit is 1 of 5 in the same building but does not have shared spaces besides the parking lot. Other things to note There is a smart lock for your convenience and a security camera at the front door. We will send you your front door code to enter before you arrive. The Deer Den is at the back of the building. So when you arrive you take the pathway on the left to our place. We have two designated parking spots. *Sun Peaks is not yet equipped with Tesla or EV vehicle chargers, so at this point we do not accommodate EV charging. Our neighbours in this fiveplex live here year round, so we ask that all guests are respectful of them & the house rules. So quiet time from 10pm-8am daily, is strictly enforced. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:Individual ski-in/ski-out information for properties we manage on Burfield Drive will be published on the property's listing directly as each home's location is unique.
