The property includes a small apple orchard in a farming community, conveniently located 10 minutes from Sparta, Wisconsin. WHAT TO DO IN THE AREA (All activities within a 30-40 mile radius of Jerry's Escape) -Golfing: River Run Golf Course (Sparta), Hiawatha Golf Course (Tomah), Fox Hollow Golf Course (La Crosse). -Canoeing and kayaking (Ellistone Canoe Rentals - Bangor) (Kickapoo River Kayaking - Ontario). -The Sparta Elroy Bike Trail. -UTV Trails (Throughout Monroe County, WI) -Black River Falls, WI. Guest access Guests will have access to kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedrooms, deck/patio, and apple orchard. Upon arrival, guests can park on cement driveway. Guests can enter on the left side following the well lit outdoor walkway. Other things to note -Check in after 4:00PM -Minimum age to rent is 21+ -Children allowed -No events allowed -No pets allowed -Smoking/vaping/tobacco use is not permitted indoors. Guests must dispose of any tobacco waste, a smoking post is provided on patio.
