It is on the beach street, facing the sea. Its spaces are cozy, and the view from the upper floor is stunning. We offer Wi-Fi with fiber optic connection. Picinguaba provides access to Ilha das Couves and other uniquely beautiful islands on the northern coast of São Paulo. It is close to Paraty (30 km). The region is perfect for diving and water sports. Guest access Full and exclusive access to all areas of the house. Other things to note In Picinguaba, there may be occasional instability or interruptions in electricity, internet, or water supply. Power outages can occur during heavy rains, and in such cases, we have candles available in the house. Due to the distance from Ubatuba's center, repairs might take some time. Regarding the water supply, Picinguaba's water is sourced directly from the mountain springs in the Serra. During rains or due to small animals in the Forest Reserve, the collection pipes may come loose, causing a temporary water shortage. If this happens, please contact us so we can notify the person responsible for the water supply. The house is equipped with kitchen accessories and utensils, a 4-burner stove with an oven, a microwave, and a duplex refrigerator. The electrical network is 110V.
