The house is a converted barn ( Stalla ) dating from 1750, and is set in a private park of 22 acres ( ( 9 hectares) where breed Alpaca. . It is situated 7 kms from the beaches at Viareggio, in the hills above the village of Stiava. The property was completely renovated in 2006. The house has full underfloor heating throughout, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The nearest neighbours are 500 metres away and are not visible, the property is extremely private and tranquil.. For guests who require more accommodation, we also have a fully equipped annex with air conditioned bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and sitting room. It is 10 Mts from the main house. It sleeps 2 adults + child. The cost is €120 per day extra to the listed price for the main house. Guest access The property is accessed by a private drive of 1 kilometre. Guests are given remotes for the access gates and keys to the house. Guest parking is in front of the house. Guests are free to go where they like within the grounds of the property.
