Loben, Casona del Deva

The space LOBEN, Casona del Deva has 6 rural apartments, opening in the summer of 2024 after the renovation of an old Asturian manor house in the municipality of Panes, in Asturias. At the foot of the Cares-Deva River, the property is just a 1-minute walk from a river beach and kayaking activities. The complex has common areas such as a garden and a reception with an organ, a touch screen to discover possible activities in the surrounding area, and a library designed to give books a second life by sharing them with others. Also, we have two electric car chargers available on demand. During your stay There are no staff at the reception, and check-in is done online. Upon completion, guests receive the access codes to the common areas and apartments. However, they can receive assistance from us if they need it.
