Skinny Lane Farm, Elgin, Texas Tiny House

Cozy 200 Square foot tiny house with a queen bed, full bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, water kettle and sink. The bathroom has a full tub with shower. The house has a small front porch. We have free WIFI available on the property. The space The property has 14 acres, there are chickens and quinea fowl by the main house you might get to enjoy our rooster when says good morning! We also have goats and a donkey named Rue in the back field of the property. Feel free to explore — you might spot a variety of wildlife, including deer, wild hogs, hawks, owls, doves, cardinals, jays, and many other bird species. We have Purple Martin houses and they are fun to watch when they are here in the Spring. Rabbits, coyotes, and deer are also commonly seen. The property is also a fantastic spot for stargazing and watching the sunset. When the sky is clear you can see downtown Austin! We are 3 miles from downtown Elgin, 5 miles from Coupland and 10 miles from Taylor. We are 30 - 45 minutes from downtown Austin and Bergstrom Airport. Guest access Renters have access to a Pole barn with a tv, ping pong table, darts, hammock, and tree swing. The pole barn is available from 8am to 10pm. We have two listings, so you may be sharing the space with other guests. Next to the pole barn is a firepit available for use upon request when there are no fire bans. You can bring your own wood or purchase wood from us. We live on the property, our house is behind the tiny house. The porch on the tiny house faces away from our home. Other things to note We are a no pets rental and no smoking or vaping of any kind. We do not host or allow parties. Only registered and approved guests may be on the property.
