The space Welcome to a comfortable and bright two-room apartment on the first floor (no elevator) of a semi-independent villa in a quiet area of Borgaretto (first belt of Turin with easy access to the ring road) where you can cook, relax or even work in a cozy environment. The house consists of two apartments, both owned by me, one of which (on the 1st floor) is used as an Airbnb and the other, on the ground floor, is uninhabited. Garden and courtyard with the possibility of private parking, independent heating, air conditioning, desk to be used as a workstation and free Wi-Fi. During your stay, you will have sheets, towels, hairdryer, courtesy kit, shampoo and shower gel, ironing board and iron, and a compact top-loading washing machine. The kitchen is perfect for those who like to feel at home: • Pots, plates, cutlery and various utensils • Kettle, microwave, refrigerator (n.b. it is NOT equipped with an oven). • Nespresso machine to start the day off right ☕ Fire extinguisher, smoke and gas detectors Nearby services: - Stupinigi Hunting Building: 25 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car -Allianz Stadium: 25 minutes by car - Porta Nuova Station - Turin Center (about 10 km away): 20 minutes by car, 50 minutes by bus (41 and 4) -Shopping centers "Le Fornaci" in Beinasco and "i Viali" in Nichelino can be reached in a few minutes by car - San Luigi Gonzaga Hospital: 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus (48) - Candiolo Institute IRCCS: 10 minutes by car Guest access Being a detached house, you can freely access any room in the apartment, the storage room, the courtyard and the garden attached to the house. Other things to note All guests will be asked to provide digital copies of their documents before the check-in date so that they can register their stay through the Alloggiati Web portal, as required by Italian law. We remind you that it is strictly forbidden to invite undeclared guests and organize parties or events in the house. At the end of the stay, guests are asked to dispose of the waste, separating it.
