Open floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen. Sunporch and front and rear decks for dolphin or bird watching. Guest access This listing is for the entire 2nd floor apartment. Other things to note This house DOES have hot water!!! I cannot figure out how to correct this amenity on this site.
