An Auvergnate break, close to the Puys chain, and its famous Puy de Dôme, Mont-Dore and Puy du Sancy. Discover many hiking trails, canoeing on the Allier, mountain biking, ski resorts, climbing, lakes and tree climbing courses, for nature lovers. Close to all amenities. This charming 100 m² wine house consists of large open spaces and two bedrooms upstairs. ○ Bedroom 1: with balcony and views of the Limagne, a double bed 140 x 190 cm. ○ Bedroom 2: duplex, with unobstructed view. A sleeping area with a double bed 140 x 190 cm. (Separation curtains) and Pool table, sound bar, sofa and board games. • Possibility to accommodate 2 extra beds (for 6 guests max), sofa bed located in the small living room. A living room with fireplace, open to a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine (provide pods), gas hob, as well as a raclette/pierade machine and a plancha) ○ A dishwasher, chest freezer and washing machine are also available for stays of 7 days or more in the vat (on the ground floor, in the courtyard). A small living room, cozy space, place where you can enjoy the documentation made available to plan your outings and outdoor activities. A private south-facing terrace with a view. Guest access Located along the A75 highway (2 minutes from the exit), and only 5 minutes from Issoire, 10 minutes from the Haute-Loire and less than 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, this village offers a convenient location while retaining its picturesque charm. ---------- You have the possibility, on simple request, to obtain the key to the storage room (30 m2) located on the ground floor, in order to be able to store your mountain bikes, skis or other outdoor activity equipment. (An electrical outlet is available for electric bicycles.) ○ A dishwasher, chest freezer and washing machine are also available for stays of 7 days or more in the vat. Other things to note Parking in the courtyard can accommodate one vehicle. For additional vehicles, parking can be done on Place de l'Eglise, Place de la Mairie, or Rue de la Font Neuve. Stroll through the alleys of Le Broc and discover the fortified district, the ramparts, the Chapelle de Notre-Dame de la Chaux, and the ruins of the Château. The village offers an electric car charging station. Also on site, a bistro, a bakery open from 7:00 a.m., closed on Mondays and the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant "Origines".
