Wonderful two-story family townhouse in Tucacas with direct access to the beach. With high-speed fiber optic WiFi, air conditioning only in the bedrooms, pillows and full linen on all beds. Important detail: In Venezuela, the stability of the electricity, water, gas, etc. service is not guaranteed. Although the townhouse is fully functional, events beyond our control may occur. @ casas_morrocoy The space The townhouse is located in a small condominium that has a wonderful social area SHARED among all the townhouses, consisting of a swimming pool, showers, grills, bathroom, indoor parking, direct exit to the beach of Tucacas Bay where you can see a large number of birds and marine flora, with palm trees to place hammocks and a Creole ball court. It is a lodging especially focused on family groups with children and/or elderly adults, with all the necessary amenities to make them feel at home in a very safe and pleasant environment. It has a privileged location, a few steps from the Baywatch Casino, in front of the Brazas restaurant, empanada sales, bodegones, bakeries, liquor stores and 3 minutes from the town of Tucacas and the entrance to Morrocoy National Park. Upper floor: Bedroom 1: a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: two twin beds (which can be converted into a double bed IF REQUESTED IN ADVANCE). Bedroom 3: bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above. Ground floor: Kitchen, dining room, full bathroom, living room with 2 single sofa beds, TV with basic channels, drying patio, outdoor shower, and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi throughout the property. The air conditioning is ONLY in the bedrooms but it is enough to cover the entire townhouse. The ground floor does NOT have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The beds are made up with sheets, blankets, and pillows. We guarantee that everything will be in a perfect state of hygiene. The utensils and furniture inside the townhouse and common areas are for EXCLUSIVE USE INSIDE THE SAME, i.e., they must not be removed from the property. In case of loss or damage to any object or structure, you must replace it with the same characteristics or cover 100% of its cost. Refrain from holding parties in the townhouse's indoor areas. Celebrations can be held in the social areas of the pool and grills, where there is an ideal atmosphere for gatherings, as long as the community rules and internal rules clearly posted on the sign are met. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The complex has free-to-use grills for guests and owners, located in a poolside gazebo. Additional services: 1.- We offer a sports boat or yacht service, from 21 to 42 feet, depending on the budget you have. With a captain and a crew member at your disposal to tour the keys and shallows of Morrocoy National Park in full day format (from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). Prices vary depending on the season, the boat chosen, and the number of people. We have more than 10 years working in the development of tourism in the area and we recommend taking boats with our service as we guarantee your safety and quality. Avoid being scammed or traveling on boats or yachts that are not in good condition. In Tucacas, "cheap is expensive". 2.- There is also the option of peñeros (artisanal boats) with trusted captains, certified and complying with all the guaranteed safety measures, with a service of transportation in the morning and pick-up at the agreed time to a specific key or full day tours. 3.- We can coordinate your ground transportation from the city of origin to Tucacas and back to your city of origin or your next destination within Venezuela. We have a shuttle service in a private vehicle, minivan, minibus, bus, etc. If you wish to hire any of these additional services, please consult us without obligation. If you are satisfied with the quote, 50% of the payment must be paid in advance to guarantee the experience. If check-in is after 6:00pm, there is an additional cost of $30 and in all cases, it must be agreed in advance. If you want to arrive earlier (in case there are no guests in the townhouse) I could check in between 9:00h- 14:00(2pm), for an additional cost of $30. Previously discussed. For reservations made less than 24 hrs in advance of the day of check-in, special conditions apply regarding check-in time, which may even be at the end of the afternoon. Check-out is strictly at 12pm (noon), to check out later with cutoff time 5:00pm (5pm) the additional cost is $30 and must be agreed upon in advance. We are VERY strict regarding the agreed check-in and check-out times since we have a reception agenda and a cleaning staff that is managed by specific times. There will be no exceptions or flexibility in non-compliance with these rules. Maximum capacity for 7 (seven) guests, including children of all ages. We are also VERY strict about the number of people who can enter the Townhouse. Any attempt to enter with more people than those informed at the time of booking will be considered fraudulent, the reservation will be canceled, and NO refund will be given. Only people and vehicles registered on the complex's entry authorization form will be allowed to enter. The Carnival, Easter, school holidays, Christmas and holidays have special conditions because they are high season. Ask questions before booking. Although the townhouse is fully functional, weather events and power, water, gas, internet, among others, may occur that do not depend on us and that in turn, may cause damage to our air conditioners and/or refrigerators. In the event that this happens, we will seek to respond as soon as possible with our trusted staff. The townhouse has a water heater only in the bathroom of the main room, however, the water in the area is quite warm and pleasant. We DO not deliver towels along with the stay. There is NO air conditioning on the lower floor, but if the room doors are kept open and the entrance and patio doors closed, the air from the upper floor is enough to maintain a pleasant climate throughout the house. We do NOT have a power plant, and we insist on this because in the area there are periods of total normality in the electricity service but there are also periods in which the service can go totally or partially for up to 6 hours during the day or night, even though there may be electricity in other complexes even nearby, since they work in different phases and some have their own power plants. Since there is no electricity, there will be no water service either because the pumps would not work. Although the kitchen has details caused by age, it is fully functional. The only thing that is NOT operational is the large oven, so we include a small electric oven and a microwave among the available appliances.
