Gorgeous view of the lake, public park next door, 5 min drive to Lake Michigan & downtown Grand Haven! 1 bedroom queen bed), 1 full bath w/ walk in tile shower, small kitchen & living rm (pull out full sz bed), patio outside, peaceful & relaxing space! House sits 1/4 mile from road right on the lake. Owners live next door & upon separate agreement you may use the dock to launch small water craft (kayak, paddle boards, etc.) or throw a line it to catch some fish! Sorry, no pets at this time. Other things to note Parking available on street. Meters apply M-F 8am-6pm. Put any personal belongings you leave in vehicle in truck. I've never had a problem but you never can be too cautious! Laundry facility on site, $1.25 wash $1.25 dry. Quarters only. $25 cleaning fee per reservation
