This 135 yr old brick home Built into the hillside with a walk out basement in the front, giving the look of a 3 story. This newly constructed room has its own Private entrance with keyless entry door. Within walking distance of Memorial Hospital, HSHS St Johns, and SIU school of medicine. Directly across from Abraham Lincoln’s Tomb. Minutes from downtown and shopping. The main shared walk in tiled shower is up on the second floor but there is a 1/2 bath right at the top of the basement stairs. The space The kitchen, patio, and sitting room are all shared spaces along with the main bathroom on the second floor and a 1/2 bath on the first floor. All bedrooms are furnished and have smart TV’s, ceiling fans and electric fireplaces along with ac’s for summer. Guest access Dining room is not for use. Kitchen is shared and I ask that you please clean up after use. There is also a tv sitting room on the second floor that is shared. Washer and dryer is also available during certain hours.
