Entry to large open plan living area with fireplace, fully equipped masonry kitchen and complete with small appliances, bathroom with shower, study room with access to a small balcony, reserved sleeping area on the mezzanine. You will find yourself in an essential and refined environment, where you can stay and work with peace of mind. Guest access For the entire duration of their stay, guests will have access to a complete set of bed linens and towels, a dresser and hangers for storing clothing, laundry detergents, a kitchen, and general cleaning supplies. Wi-Fi internet, Panasonic Hi-Fi (FM, CD), complimentary teas and herbal teas. The apartment guarantees a comfortable internal temperature in all seasons. The air conditioner is set to a range between 28ºC (winter) and 24ºC (summer). Other things to note The layout of the rooms allows you to accommodate up to 2 people. The actual number of Guests must necessarily be reported during the reservation or the request for information. The daily accommodation tax is included in the cleaning fee. Both at check-in and check-out, I offer a passenger and luggage transfer service by station wagon between Rome (Termini Station) and Morlupo, for an additional fee of €15 each way. Upon request, extra services are available, such as weekly linen changes (sheets and towels) for €15 and cleaning (bathroom, kitchen, floors) for €35.
