Other things to note Bond: To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we’ve recently introduced a refundable bond for guests without prior Airbnb reviews, local Perth guests bookings, event bookings, booking the maximum number of guests, or last minute booking which we think it could be higher risk than usual. If you have got airbnb reviews with good rating, most of the time, no bond is required. This policy helps us maintain a respectful environment and protect our properties, following a few past incidents.
