Located mere steps from DC, this delightful, two-bedroom garden-level apartment is the perfect retreat after a day of exploring DC, visiting family, or traveling for work. Sip coffee while your pup runs around in the spacious, fully fenced backyard. Enjoy the small-town charm of Mt. Rainier with a quiet stroll to locally-owned restaurants, brunch places, and wine bars. Relax on the couch while your clothes are in the washer/ dryer and your car is parked in the dedicated off-street space. The space Upon arrival, you can find a designated parking space in the back of the house, accessible via the alley. Find the sign with our house number to park. Open the door on the white fence to walk into the shared backyard. Go down the stairs directly in front of you and use your code to enter the apartment. Once you enter the living room, you'll see a shoe rack on your left and a large closet directly ahead. The living room has a comfortable couch, and Roku TV. You can also find a desk and chair and a dining table. Down the hall, you'll see the kitchenette to your right, equipped with a fridge, freezer, airfryer/toaster/oven, hot plate, pots, cooking utensils and basics, silverware and plates. The dish drying rack can be found under the sink. On the left in the hall, you'll see the first bedroom with colorful green rug. This room will be set-up either as a twin or a king, depending on your stated preferences. Use the vintage vanity if you like! There is also a big closet to store your luggage. Down the hall you'll find the bathroom with a bidet and a standing shower. If you forgot something, we've got extra amenities in the drawer under the sink. The last bedroom has a full size bed and closet with a small set of drawers and extra bedding. Both bedrooms have pull and push blinds for extra light protection at night. Washer and dryer are both available at the end of the hall. We live above the apartment and can respond to any needs or questions within minutes. We are pretty quiet in general and will observe quiet hours between 10pm - 7am. Guest access Please only enter from the parking space at the back of the house through the white fence door near the house number sign.
