Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, living and dining space, double bedroom ensuite with additional toilet. Please note: annex is part of our main house but with its own entrance. The stairs make it unsuitable for those with mobility needs. Strictly no parties. Guest access Park on our driveway with direct access to private annex entrance. Hallway leads to stairs down to the large spacious kitchen/living space with sliding patio doors onto a patio area. Living room leads to hallway with separate toilet and entrance to double bedroom with full bathroom ensuite. Note: there is a step down from kitchen to living room and another step down from living room to bedroom. Not suitable for those with mobility needs. Other things to note Please note: the annex is part of our main house with its own entrance to ensure your privacy. Accommodation is on the lower ground floor, down a flight of stairs and there is a step down from kitchen to living room and another step down from living room to bedroom, so not suitable for those with mobility needs. No parties please. This is a quiet neighbourhood.
