Welcome to our cabin style home in Sparks. A 15 minute drive from RNO airport, our home has an outdoor space with a dinning table, seating area with TV, bar and BBQ to keep the family entertained. The space FULL HOME LAYOUT: Bedrooms 1 and 2 - 1 Queen bed each Bedrooms 3 and 4 - 1 Full bed each 1 Full Bathroom Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood: - Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. No loud music during this time. - Any unauthorized parties or excess mess will incur an additional cleaning fee. - Any noise complaints may result in immediate cancellation of the booking. - Our house has a sensitive septic system. We ask no flushing of toilet paper and discard all products into the trash bin.
