The entrance introduces you to a large open space, the living area: on the one hand you can find the kitchenette with the floors and the Carrara marble sink and the dining table; on the other, the area with the sofa and the television, as well as two bookstores available for guests. Immediately next door, bathroom with shower. Through a hallway you pass into the sleeping area, where the two large bedrooms open: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Guest access The apartment is completely independent and at guests' complete disposal. It's on the first floor of a small condominium . To get to the front door of the apartment there is a flight of stairs with about 15 steps. Other things to note Castelnuovo Magra is a hilltop village, at an altitude of about 190 m above sea level. The village center is limited in traffic but you can leave your car in the free parking lots that, on the road that follows the walls, surrounds the village. There is also a bus service that connects the village with the hamlets in the plain, where there are shops and the supermarket, and also the nearest town, Sarzana (about 8 km). The sea and beaches are about 9/10 km away. La Spezia and the Cinque Terre are easily accessible by train from Sarzana (Genoa-Rome railway line). Sarzana is also connected to the A12 motorway.
