Parking space for one car in the ground floor or basement. Cleaning services are NOT provided during the stay. No pets. The space There are some 10 steps from the street entrance to the elevator lobby. If you arrive by car and enter the ground floor parking, where the parking space is located for one car, there are some 5 steps to access the elevator, or in the basement where there is a ramp to reach the elevator. The apartment is 120 sq mts. I personally deliver the keys upon arrival and collect them at the end of the stay; please do not leave the keys with the building's guard. I don't offer cleaning service during the stay. Guest access There is one parking slot in the ground floor. The guard will let you know which one it is. In this building, parking slots of every two apartments are in front of each other, so the guard provides support in moving the cars. You must leave a copy of your car keys with the guard so he can move your car when the neighbor wishes to leave or arrive.
