Cann Valley Farm

Situated in the Cann Valley with stunning views, this pet friendly country cottage is the perfect escape. Located 16 klm from the Cann River township and almost exactly halfway between Melbourne and Sydney, Cann Valley Farm is the perfect place to take a couple of days away from driving to explore all the attractions that Far East Gippsland has on offer. The space Cann Valley Farm offers country style living with a well appointed 4 bedroom home and plenty of parking for vehicles with trailers/boats. This pet friendly home is fully fenced with a huge yard for all your family, big enough for a family game of cricket. Stroll around the garden and enjoy the various fruits you may find within season or simply sit on the back porch with a glass of wine and watch the world go by. A fully equipped country style kitchen with all the mod cons, full sized fridge/freezer, double oven with gas cooktop, everything you need for your home away from home, including a gas BBQ on the back verandah. The spacious lounge room with ceiling to floor windows complete with wood fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning is perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring the national parks, 4 wheel driving or fishing. A large outside laundry under the back verandah complete with top loader washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. Sit around the fire pit after dinner in the back yard with a wine or enjoy your breakfast on the front verandah in the morning sun. Guest access Guests will have access to the Cottage and house yard only. Other things to note * Bedding, pillows, clean linen and towels are provided along with extra blankets in each room. * This home runs on tank water only, so please be mindful of usage and bring bottled water for drinking if that's what you prefer. * No smoking indoors. * Cann River is a small town and only has basic supermarket supplies, a bakery, pub, service station and post office. You will need to purchase your supermarket supplies before you get to Cann River and the closest towns you will go through on your way will be either Bombala, Eden or Orbost. * Security cameras operate on this farm outside of the house yard. There is no vision inside the yard or inside the home and no audio can be heard or recorded for your privacy. * Firewood - one nights supply of firewood is included in the accommodation fee. If you would like to order more wood we have bags of wood available for $20 per bag.
